You join and participate actively in the reinforcement of our IT support service. You will be in charge of first level calling and emailing (IT breakdown, software and hardware problem …), and after a specialization period, second level calling and emailing. You manage to satisfy all our customers.

You diagnose and resolve technical hitch and customers requests by phone and by email; you qualify and size up the technical intervention urgency .

Privileged interlocutor of our customers, you manage the link with the teams’ product.

Requirements:

You have passed at least a high school diploma, and a previous technical experience would be advantageous.

You are open minded and interested on various subjects and fields; you have a big customer’s senses as well as a wide learning capacity, organizations skills and priorities management.

Perfectly French / English Bilingual, you have excellent written and oral communication skills in both languages.

You possess good hardware and Microsoft software knowledge (Windows XP and Vista, Outlook, Word and Excel (even pivot table) and Internet Explorer…). Ideally you have network knowledge.

Based within the Commercial Department of Netquarks Paris, you will be involved in the development of our company.

Working with the Commercial Director, you will work on client portfolio development assignments by means of client prospecting, listing and loyalty creation, creation and support of commercial propositions. You will also be responsible for replying to tenders, negotiation and finalization of collaboration conditions. You will have a central and pivotal role between the client and the project teams.

You will have a Masters degree, and a successful business experience of at least 2 to 4 years gained in client services, technical support and/or consulting in high tech sectors.

You will already have implemented several significant Web based projects using Java or .net object technologies. You understand and have a working knowledge of UML, RUP modelling and SOA architecture.

You will accompany the Business Engineer in the pre-sales phase and will be responsible for the production of operational and technical specifications of the projects.

You will coordinate the internal production teams and will work for the Project Manager or Consultant.

Ideally you will be educated to degree level in Information Technology, with an orientation towards development. You must also have a minimum of 2 years working experience within IT development. You are fluent in VB .NET, C#, JAVA languages and are an expert in HTML/CSS.

Based within the Creation & Design department, you will be responsible for:
- the graphics charter of the sites,
- institutional and promotional image of the company
- marketing tools graphics (newsletters, banners, print, ...)

You are proficient in Flash, Photoshop, Image Ready and Illustrator.

Educated to degree level with a qualification in graphics design, you will have significant computer graphics based work experience within the field of the Internet.

Based within the Analysis and Consulting department of Netquarks Paris, you will be part of a team of consultants responsible for accompanying our clients on Marketing and e-Commerce strategy assignments.

With a high level marketing or sales education background, you must also have a minimum of 4-5 years e-commerce experience in an interactive communication agency or with an advertiser.

You will already have implemented several significant projects within the domain of e-Marketing or e-Commerce. You will be particularly familiar with e-Commerce economic models and ROI monitoring.

You will be expected to intervene as a consultant in marketing and e-commerce strategy (e-commerce business plan, relationship marketing, media-planning, multi-channel email campaign, statistical analysis, traffic creation).

You will develop strategic recommendations, action plans and the formalization of Performance indicators. You will be responsible for project management, client relationship follow-up and coordination of internal teams and partners.
